A French invention, the original chocolate truffle was a ball of ganache, chocolate and cream, often flavored and rolled in cocoa. It was named after the precious black truffle fungus because of its physical resemblance. We have created a full range of different truffle experiences. Adding texture rolling the centers in cassonade, adding oomph with our champagne & liquor flavoured ones or a delightful crunch with our milk & dark feuilletine fillings.
