Candied fruit has existed since the 14th century.
Fruit, or parts of the skin, are placed in heated sugar syrup, which absorbs the moisture from within the fruit and preserves it. This process of preservation can take up to several months.

Peels of orange & citron and slices of ginger root are covered in intense dark chocolate to create our orangettes, citronettes & gingerettes.
