Frederic Blondeel selects the best origin cocoa beans from the globe. Beans are roasted at low temperature in our roastery for an exceptional hand-crafted chocolate.

We ensure transparency and respect for cocoa farmers and for the environment.

Our spreads are an ode to the hazelnut.

Packed full of roasted hazelnuts (up till 65%), each one of our spreads pays a tribute to the magnificent quality of the Italian hazelnut.

There are 3 variants in the range – all organic:

CRAZY

Hazelnut spread with beet sugar; 63% of roasted hazelnuts.

SUPER CRAZY

Hazelnut spread with coconut blossom sugar; 64% of roasted hazelnuts.

MEGA CRAZY

Hazelnut spread with panela sugar; 65% of roasted hazelnuts.

Drops

From beans to drops

Our single origin chocolate drops are the core of our metier. They define our craftsmanship, our powerful relationship with plantations, the unique bean to chocolate process within our urban roastery & open atelier.
Every origin has its own story, taste profile & specific roasting character.

They come in different varieties, from 55% cacao mass up till 100%. Slightly sweetened with cane or coco blossom sugar, or simply in its purest possible form.
They are a perfect fit for snacking or to create (cooking, baking, dessert, topping …).

Private label production with your beans is possible (please contact us for conditions).
