Traditional truffles done the old-fashioned way, dusted with cacao powder.
A French invention, the original chocolate truffle was a ball of ganache, chocolate and cream, often flavoured and rolled in cocoa. It was named after the precious black truffle fungus because of its physical resemblance. Our truffle à l’ancienne is made with a ganache of hazelnut without alcohol.

We have created a full range of different truffle experiences. Adding texture rolling the centers in cassonade, adding oomph with our champagne & liquor flavoured ones or a delightful crunch with our milk & dark feuilletine fillings.
